  • Write a quote which you believe in.

"Once you stop learning, you start dying. Success is not always about greatness; it is about consistency. Don't wait for opportunity, create it."

  • A brief bio:

My journey began at STEM High School, where I gained many skills like teamwork, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box. STEM's rigorous environment, which included capstone projects every semester and hands-on work in fab labs to create prototypes, also enhanced my adaptability and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. After graduating from STEM, I started my studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST). Here, I had the opportunity to deep into research, which led to the publication of two papers in prestigious Elsevier journals: Open Nano and Aging Research Reviews with an impact factor of 12.5. I finished many pieces of training at BUE, 57357 Hospital, Nano-Gate company, and other internships at Pharco, Memphis, and ADCO pharmaceutical companies

  • What ignited your pursuit for SDGs especially the goals you believe in?
  • Please share your biggest wins as an SDGs advocate

my focus and interest are in water problems and global health through introducing the issues of chemicals and how they affect our health. My research work at my university focuses on how water can affect every aspect of life. Do you know the cause of the increase in teratogenic babies, Increased infertility, kidney failure, and neurodegenerative diseases is the contaminated water with many synthetic chemicals and pharmaceutical wastes?! When I did my research, I was surprised even the mineralized water could not be fully filtered from these contaminations. Moreover, Microplastics are one of the major causes of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, and Parkinson’s diseases and increase their progression. Therefore, these diseases have become very popular during the last 15 years. I aim to try to find a suitable solution and provide people with extra awareness. I also realized their negative impacts on animals, fruits, and vegetables.
