California Activity Club
CAC is an English conversation club that aims to create a safe space to practice English, to learn about the American culture and to accept different people through the discovery of American culture. Established in 2014 by English Access micro scholarship program alumni, US department alumni and American–Egyptian youth.

Our Vision
We aim to facilitate a dialogue space for Egyptian youth to know more about diversity and inclusion in the US through interactive workshops and simulation models.

To get a community of university students having the ability to communicate in the English language with high American cultural background. In order to achieve our mission, we expose them to a high dose of American content.

Our Objectives
- Improve the English conversation and dialogue skills for Egyptian youth aged 18 to 25.
- Promote the diversity of both the Egyptian society and the American society.
- Engage Access alumni and US department alumni to give what they have learnt back to their local communities.
- Fight against radicalization and extremism through building the highest diverse inclusive community, typically like California.
- Spread the knowledge more about the US Embassy activities, scholarships and exchange opportunities.
