  • What ignited your pursuit for SDGs especially the goals you believe in?
My pursuit for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was ignited by a deep belief in the importance of addressing pressing global challenges. Specifically, there are three goals that resonate strongly with me: climate action, partnerships to achieve the goals, and quality education.
  • Please share your biggest wins as an SDGs advocate
Building strategic partnerships for SDG implementation: Recognizing the power of collaboration, I have actively worked towards forging partnerships with like-minded organizations and stakeholders. By fostering dialogue and facilitating collaboration among diverse actors, I have been able to establish strategic alliances aimed at accelerating progress across multiple SDGs. These partnerships have resulted in joint initiatives, shared resources, and amplified impact, leading to increased awareness, funding, and action towards achieving the goals. Promoting inclusive and quality education: One of my proudest achievements as an SDGs advocate has been my contribution to improving access to quality education, particularly for marginalized communities. I have successfully collaborated with local educational institutions, NGOs, and government bodies to implement initiatives that address barriers to education and promote inclusive learning environments. Through these efforts, I have witnessed increased enrollment rates, and enhanced educational opportunities, empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. Empowering youth through entrepreneurship: One notable win as an SDGs advocate has been empowering youth through entrepreneurship. By organizing workshops, mentoring programs, and startup spaces, I have equipped young individuals with the skills and support to launch businesses and make a positive impact. Witnessing the growth of these young entrepreneurs, creating jobs and addressing social challenges, has been a fulfilling accomplishment.
