"I’m Rowan, a passionate advocate for climate action, youth leadership, and technology. My journey started with a love for problem-solving and a deep interest in sustainability. Balancing my studies in cybersecurity and computer science, I’ve actively engaged in initiatives that focus on empowering youth through education and leadership. One of the challenges I faced was breaking into spaces traditionally dominated by others, but with perseverance, I’ve been able to help in co-founding an e-commerce solutions venture focused on training youth and promoting sustainability. I’ve also collaborated with international organizations such as the British Council to lead recycling and sustainability initiatives in my community. Through programs like the Scholarship Academy and various climate leadership events, I’ve grown both personally and professionally, while being able to support others along the way. With each new experience, I aim to blend my passion for AI and IT with environmental goals, creating innovative solutions to today's pressing issues. It’s been a journey of learning, growth, and impact, and I’m excited to continue pushing forward."
